The First of the Rough Science TV series set on the island of Capraia in the Meditaranian. Filmed in July and September 1999 five scientists were set the task of solving a number of scientific challenges. The four part BBC / Open University TV series was first screened on national TV May 2000 BBC2. It has now been shown in over 26 countries.
