File Mitre



In one experiment I have been making I needed to make up my own wide spaced capacitor (see link below) from a number of meshed (but not touching) metal vanes or sheets.
The capacitor was made up of a number N interlocking aluminium vanes (N/2 on each side).
I cut the vanes up from a 2m long 20mm wide 2mm thick aluminium strip but I needed to file the cut ends so they were smooth and 'square'.
I made up a mitre for my file (rather like a smaller version of a Mitre saw used to cut angles etc.).
Please use the OpenScad files, and adjust the sizes and dimension to make your own version for own applications.
