James Clerk Maxwell
A Treatise on Electricity and Magnetism (vol 1 and vol 2)
2003 Harry Kroto brought (or was awarded) a new set of James Clerk Maxwell's classic work on Electricity & Magnetism which he wanted to give to me.
He knew I would really love and value them so he inscribed in the front cover of the two volumes funny and inspiring messages:
(Note: for one reason or another it took over ten years to get the volumes to me so I am a bit behind on reading them !)
It says:

At some point you should

about !!! He was a really clever lad this JCM!
