I built a 19" rack system of BNC sockets to enable me to connect a numbers of receivers with a range of receive antennas.
Short patch leads between the sockets will allow me to connect any antenna to any receiver.

The wiring behind the panel is fairly simple but not very neat, so I deciced to bundle up the coax cables in groups of four and use 3D printed coax holders to securely hold them in place.

This 3D printed part is very simple: its just a square panel with four half cylindrical channels that can take RG58 or mini-8 coax (i.e. ca. 6-7 mm diameter cables).

There are four bolt holes around the square (see picture above), these can be used as a template for drilling the base before using them to secure the cables. The 3D printed cable holder then rests upon the cables holding them in place. Of course the device could be extended for more cables, but I found trying to keep four cables in place while arranging the 3D printed support on top of them, was enough trouble and more cables would be worse !

You can see from the pictures how well the simple 3D printed device keeps things neat and tidy. Its easy to release the pressure on the cables by adjusting the four bolts and nuts or if you need to adjust the tension, or space out the cables a bit within the unit.
